With reference to General Gascoigne's letter

of the 27th. August, No. 98/6, and my reply of 1st. September last, No. 6159, on the subject of a projected reclamation by the owners of Kowloon Marine Lot No. 49, and possible reclamation

by the Admiralty in connection with Marine Lot No. 35, I have the

honour to enclose for Your Excellency's information a copy of a letter and plan which I have received from their Lordships on the

subject.
